At Diamond Willow, your loved one is taken care of comfortably and completely with our person-centered care. All of our assisted living services are inclusive — there are no additional fees as your loved one ages and their needs change. We treat all of our guests with the same level of care as you would in your own home, but with the equipment, training, and expertise needed for assisted living services and memory care. We’re here for your loved one, and with person-centered care, we can give you peace of mind.
The atmosphere we foster at Diamond Willow is comfortable; we provide three daily meals and snacks throughout the day — with diets altered as necessary, including puree, mechanical soft, or thickened liquids — as well as feeding assists, and laundry and housekeeping services. All memory care occurs in a secured building equipped with a WanderGuard Safety Monitoring System, keeping your loved one safe.
With individualized person-centered care planning, our staff know exactly how to care for your loved one. They are available to them 24/7 and are trained in memory care, personal care, and medication administration. And, outside of their medical needs, all guests have a daily activity plan individualized to their needs. This includes mental, physical, and spiritual stimulation. If your loved one needs a hand, we are fully capable of two-person assists and mechanical lift assistance.
Weekly salon services are available to keep your loved one looking and feeling their best! In their down time, there’s Wi-Fi, cable TV, and other utilities to keep them entertained.
We will coordinate our services with any hospice, home care, physical, occupational therapy, or speech therapy our guests have or need, making their transition and experience with us as smooth and easy as possible. Continence care and medication administration are all included as well. You will have your choice of doctor or on-site rounding provider, with in-person visits offered. And, we partner with pharmacies for efficient medication delivery.
